WATCHGUARD offers several monitoring services that you may elect after your system has been installed. These are services that you may elect to have us provide every day, every month or perhaps just when you call us.

 |
WATCHGUARD provides 24-hour monitoring for your system and is ready to respond to adverse conditions at your home or business. We take great pride in providing you with a central station that has earned the Underwriters Laboratories (UL) Certification. Fewer than 150 of the nearly 15,000 alarm companies meet this standard of excellence.
Your system is designed with your needs in mind and that design will dictate the actual conditions that can be monitored. WATCHGUARD systems can monitor for intrusion, fire, low and high temperature, gas leak, carbon monoxide and flood. With this basic service, we are able to monitor certain conditions at your home when you're not there.

| Daily test enhances the basic monitoring service. Each day your system uses your telephone line to automatically check in with the monitoring station to verify the communication link. This is a very important part of your protection, particularly for the homeowner who is not living in the home year-round.

| WATCHGUARD will hold a key to your home or business for the convenience of service, visitors or other access needs. With this service, we will serve as a back-up to those individuals that you have designated to respond in the event of an alarm condition.

| These reports are an excellent management tool for a busy home or business of any size. WATCHGUARD will send you weekly, monthly or quarterly reports that will provide the specifics on who is using the alarm system and when, to ensure that your property is being cared for properly. |

 |
| A WATCHGUARD technician will give your system a complete physical to reduce false alarm occurrences and ensure that each device is communicating properly. The inspection is normally a service provided at the request of the customer. |
